P565 Siren features high and low pass filters with selectable slope and tunable musical resonance that brings you into the realm of some of the most sought after resonant filters and beyond. It also features two notch/peak filters designed for precise adjustment and creative expression. Each of these filters can be dynamically modulated based on an external input signal or the built-in dual envelope followers with fine control over attack, release, amount and speed characteristics. These features accumulate to a powerful creative use that ranges from subtle movement to funky rhythmic enhancement while still covering phasing, flanging and resonance sweeps.

The intent of the Fixed Filter Bank was to enhance the primary signal of the synthesizer, adding harmonics at specific frequencies or removing them at others. Some wanted completely new and never before heard sonic landscapes to push themselves and their audiences into new worlds of musical experience. Others wanted to create more traditional and familiar sounds, while still pushing the boundaries and making use of the new voltage controls, features, and character not available in a traditional “un-plugged” instrument. Some wanted both.

Enter the new reimagined P915 MEDUSA Fixed Filter Bank. A filter which adds subtle or not so subtle resonances to the signal or removing frequency bands altogether. This process, when mixed in with the unaltered, “dry” signal, can mimic the actual behavior of a traditional instrument. It can also act on its own as a unique and creative source of sound shaping possibilities not available in other filter structures.

Several hardware clones of the 915 were being introduced primarily based on active filter design structures. The original structure of the 915 used simple inductors, capacitors, and resistors for the filter cells, which delivered a subtle interactions were lost in the sterile world of semiconductors. However, a design based on The original structure was begging to be pursued. A source for inductors was found, the schematics were scrutinized, errors in the schematics from copying were weeded out, circuit boards were designed, and the result was an extremely accurate and faithful copy of the original response as published by Moog in their original owner’s manual.

With a solid hardware version in hand, a software model could begin. 9.P422 Fairuz
Though it has gone by many names, turquoise get its current name from French pierre tourques, or “Turkish Stone.” This phrase refers to the Turkish traders who introduced the gem to Europe via the Silk Road in the 13th century.

Ancient Persians believed that turquoise could prevent them from harm and covered their daggers and bridles with it. They referred to turquoise as pirouzeh, which translates to “victory.” The Native Americans Apaches wore turquoise as talismans and believed that attaching it to weapons and bows made for better aim. Aztec chiefs wore turquoise jewelry as a mark of authority.

P422 Fairuz will bring out the natural resonance and richness of the instrument you are EQ-ing. Even at extreme boosts or cuts, the integrity of the sound is maintained.

P422 Fairuz is a versatile channel proportional EQ. Each point of the stepped frequencies is tuned by ear for that sweet spot. Still, the option to switch the band to continuous operation is provided for power users. Bands can be either peak or a punch (push/pull) curve. Fairuz does not emulate any hardware design. It is an original design free from the limitations and sonics of existing hardware equalizers.

11.P821 MDN Tape
The 821A is the first multitrack tape machine that doesn’t use a transformer. It doesn’t have a capstan or a pinch roller, so the tape path is free to move without any resistance or audio signal degradation.

For the first time, engineers and producers could hear the physics of the recording process without interference from excessive electronics. They experienced the unaltered sound of tape and could present their clients with a clearer representation of what was captured on the studio floor.

P821 MDN Tape is based on Marc Daniel Nelson’s personal Stephens 821 2” tape machine, which was utilized at the Producer’s Workshop, renowned for producing iconic albums such as The Wall, Aja, Rumours, and others.

The P821 signature sound is very open and has a large sonic character, as there is very little electronics and zero transformers in the tape machine, making the sound stage massive and no aggressive compression or clamping down. This is the first plugin of its type where you’re actually hearing TAPE and how it reacts.

Now, hearing the P821 MDN Tape plugin recreates that same experience. It’s truly incredible and unlike anything else out there.
